Cut out drip trays are a great option for bars with multi-faucet beer towers, especially if those faucets extend a bit. Much like the other surface mount drip trays, they are really easy to install - perhaps even easier: in most cases, you will have to drill only one hole through the countertop (for the drain line). The connection is secured with a nut and washer.
Alternatively, cut out drip trays complete with drain and rinser can be used with kegerators, which makes them even more versatile.
