This hand pump beer line cleaner is the main part of a standard cleaning kit, sold separately here. If you don’t want to spring for the whole kit, the beer line cleaning pump alone should just fine (provided you have the tools and the cleaning solution in place).
The beer bottle cleaner itself is super-easy to use: you just connect it to your beer lines using a faucet wrench, pour in the cleaning solution, and then work the pump to push the solution through the line.
Ideally, draught line cleaning should be done every 2–3 weeks, depending on the frequency of use. Alternatively, you can do the cleaning every ½ barrel.
